1- Reservations are confirmed only after receipt of full payment in advance. A damage deposit of $300 or equivalent is required.
2- Quiet Hour is 23:00 after which loud noises will not be tolerated (except on festtivities occasion)
3- Power & Heat to be shut down prior to leaving the accomodation for more than 4 hours
4- For reservations over 3 nights utilities are not included in the rates
5- No Pets allowed on the premises
6- Only one vehicle per residence is allowed in the underground parking
7- Renters shall use the premises at their own risk and shall be held responsible for any damages caused to property or contents.
8- Smoking is only allowed outdoors and in designated areas.
1- Reservations are refundable if cancelled by email or in person 96 hours before check-in.
2- Damage deposits are returned within a maximum period of 48 hours.
